Terms of Service for Online Purchases

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Custom Printed Products

All products sold through our store are custom-printed to order. Each item is produced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun, except as outlined below.

2. Proofing and File Review

We review and proof all submitted orders before production. If we identify an issue that may affect print quality, including low resolution, poor image clarity, improper file setup, or other reproduction concerns, we will notify you before printing whenever possible.

Our goal is to ensure the best possible final product. If your uploaded artwork or photos may not reproduce well, we will communicate this and may recommend revisions or offer professional design assistance before proceeding.

3. Customer Supplied Artwork and Photos

Customers are responsible for providing artwork, images, text, and design content in a format suitable for printing. While we review files, we are not responsible for issues resulting from customer-provided content that has been approved for production, including:

low resolution or blurry images
pixelation or distortion
poor lighting or contrast
incorrect sizing or proportions
spelling or layout errors

If you choose to proceed after being notified of potential quality concerns, the final result is accepted at your own risk.

4. Accepted File Types

We accept a variety of file formats, including CANVA files. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shared files, links, exports, and permissions are accessible and properly set up for production. Additional charges may apply if files require modification.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as customer error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with approved artwork.

If your order arrives in poor condition due to a printing defect or a production error on our part, please contact us promptly. Upon review, we may offer a reprint, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.

6. Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations and take pride in our work. If your final product does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.

While refunds are not offered due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are always willing to work with you to make your project right. Solutions may include adjustments, reprints, or other remedies at our discretion.

7. Color Disclaimer

Colors displayed on screens may vary from the final printed product. Unless official PANTONE ink guides or other color standards are specified and agreed upon, color is produced to pleasing print standards and may not exactly match what appears on your device.

Variations due to screen settings or standard printing differences are not grounds for return or refund.

8. Professional Design Services

We offer professional design services for customers who need assistance preparing artwork. If we determine that your files may not reproduce well, we may recommend design services to improve the final result. Additional fees may apply.

9. Review Before Placing Your Order

It is your responsibility to review all details before submitting your order, including:

spelling and grammar
layout and image placement
sizing and product selection
uploaded files
shipping and billing information

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after submission. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
