Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – Let's Get Your Custom Print to You!

We're here to help you celebrate life's big (and small) moments—so here's what you need to know about how we get your custom-printed products to your door:

First, We Print

Every order is made just for you! Production times vary by product, but most items take about 3–4 business days to print before they're ready to ship. We take the time to make sure it looks just right.

Then, We Ship (Your Choice!)

During checkout, you'll choose your preferred UPS shipping method—Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc. Keep in mind that this only applies to the shipping speed after your item is produced. Choosing overnight shipping doesn't mean overnight printing—it just means it'll ship fast once it's ready.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

For example, if a product takes 3 days to print and you choose 2-day shipping, you can expect it in about 5 business days. Please refer to the UPS Zone Chart.

Have a Deadline or Special Request? Give Us a Call

Our online store is here for your convenience, but sometimes you need a faster turnaround—or maybe you're looking for a product you don't see online. If that's the case, the best thing to do is call us! We're happy to discuss options, offer rush solutions when possible, and help ensure you get exactly what you need when you need it.

In Case of Shipping Damage

While rare, damage during transit can happen. If your order arrives with damaged packaging or products, please take clear photos of both and contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue and keep your order on track. We'll use your photos to file a claim with UPS for reimbursement, and we appreciate your patience as we work through that process.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
